Kasia Kamasinska is the founder and operator of Healing of the Body and Mind, an incredible holistic spa in Peoria, Arizona. Kasia began her journey in health and wellness 10 years ago after experiencing her own unique health challenges including GI issues and Lyme's disease. She has 10+ years as a certified massage therapist with an emphasis in deep tissue, cupping, and lymphatic drainage modalities. She is a certified manual lymphatic drainage (CMLD) Vodder technique trained specialist. In addition, Kasia has 9+ years as a certified colon hydrotherapist providing colon hydrotherapy and detoxification practice as part of her spa treatment protocols. In 2017, Kasia opened her own spa after serving clients in their own homes. She offers a variety of services including massage, cupping, colon hydrotherapy, detoxification treatments, ear candling, and more. Kasia also now also works with clients for health and life coaching as well to guide people through their various life challenges.

Marica

Massage Therapist

Marica has been a part of the Phoenix community since the age of six, bringing Midwestern warmth and desert-rooted dedication to her work. With over 15 years of professional experience as a licensed massage therapist, Marica is known not only for her skill and knowledge, but for her intuitive touch, compassionate presence, and unique skill for healing. She specializes in deep tissue, cupping, cranial sacral, and prenatal massage. She is passionate about helping her clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and find deep, lasting relaxation. Clients and colleagues alike describe Marica as deeply attuned, grounded, and genuinely caring. Her natural ability to connect with others and her deep understanding of the body have earned her the respect and trust of many long-time clients. Beyond her work, Marica is a proud mother of three amazing young adults who continue to inspire and light up her life. She also nurtures her creative side through watercolor painting and finds joy in quiet, artistic expression. Supported by her strong faith in Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior, she brings heart, healing, and intention to every session.

Erica

Colon Hydrotherapist & Holistic Wellness Specialist

Erica has been a devoted snowbird in the Valley since the 1980s, bringing decades of experience and heartfelt dedication to the world of natural healing. She began her wellness journey at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, where she discovered her passion for colon hydrotherapy and laid the foundation for a lifelong career in holistic health. With a deeply compassionate approach, Erica has had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life — including those navigating drug detox, recovering from childhood trauma, managing mental health, and more. Her work combines both skill and empathy, recognizing that true healing addresses the body, mind, and spirit. In addition to colon hydrotherapy, Erica specializes in lymphatic drainage and a variety of holistic therapies designed to support emotional and physical well-being. Her services also include reflexology, life and health coaching, and personalized guidance on the use of supplements and natural remedies. Whether you're on a path of healing, looking to restore balance, or simply wanting to feel your best, Erica offers a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing presence to support your journey.
