Kasia Kamasinska is the founder and operator of Healing of the Body and Mind, an incredible holistic spa in Peoria, Arizona. Kasia began her journey in health and wellness 10 years ago after experiencing her own unique health challenges including GI issues and Lyme's disease. She has 10+ years as a certified massage therapist with an emphasis in deep tissue, cupping, and lymphathic drainage modalities. She is a certified manual lymphatic drainage (CMLD) Vodder technique trained specialist. In addition, Kasia has 9+ years as a certified colon hydrotherapist providing colon hydrotherapy and detoxification practice as part of her spa treatment protocols. In 2017, Kasia opened her own spa after serving clients in their own homes. She offers a variety of services including massage, cupping, colon hydrotherapy, detoxification treatments, candling, and infrared sauna. Kasia also now also works with clients for health and life coaching as well to guide people through their various life challenges.

Marica

Massage Therapist

Marica is a Phoenix native and lived here since age 6 although born in Minnesota. She has three young adult children who light up her life. She loves exploring the world of watercolors and enjoys being creative. She has been a massage therapist for 15 years and specializes in deep tissue, cupping, cranial sacral and prenatal massage. Her passion is helping people reduce pain, increase range of motion, and feel more relaxed. She feels blessed to be living her passion every day surrounded by beautiful coworkers and it's all because of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior.

Journey Sage

Colon Hydrotherapist & Nutrition Therapist

Introducing Journey Sage, a certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and certified Hydro Colon Therapist who completed extensive training under the guidance of Kaisa at Healing of the Body and Mind. Journey's personal health path led her to develop a clean and holistic approach to living, with Hydro Colon Therapy and Holistic Nutrition playing pivotal roles in her healing. Now, in a position to guide others on their path to wellness, Journey looks forward to working with individuals seeking a holistic approach to health and healing.

As a Holistic Nutritionist I will work with you to: develop a practical and intuitive approach to eating, enhance awareness of vitamins and minerals, and explore foods that optimize them; prioritize optimal gut health and digestion; increase energy levels and vitality; include nutrition as part of mind & body wellness; create custom meal plans; eliminate food and environmental toxins
